9 Colli “Marco Pantani” (Cesenatico)
Contrived almost as a joke in 1971 by a very close circle of friends forming part of the “Fausto Coppi” Cycling Club, it has now become one of the most important European Gran Fondo events with thousands of participants. Departure and arrival at Cesenatico every penultimate Sunday of May (18th May 2008). Enrolment and collection of the competition package is free (download application form from www.novecolli.it or ask us for a copy). The latter includes a technical gift, a diploma for each participant, various medical, mechanical and restoration assistance points, plus refreshments upon arrival. You can choose between the 135 km or 205 km route, and enjoy discovering 9 of Romagna’s most beautiful hills!!

9 Colli “off road”(Cesenatico)
The “9 colli” mountain bike event on unsurfaced roads takes place on 11th May 2008. Start and finish are in Cesenatico and the race is essentially held in the hillsides of Romagna. Route options are: Short (also ideal for children and beginners - 20 km), Medium (38 km) and Long (54 km). It is possible to enrol on the day of the race. Riders do not have to be members of a cycling club but a doctor’s certificate is required!!

9 Colli “running”(Cesenatico)
The “9 colli” event for walkers is held on two different dates: 19th May 2007 and the third Sunday in September. On the first date, start and finish are in Cesenatico and Route options are: Short (84 km), Medium (158 km) and Long (202 km) with time to reach the finishing line of 30 hours. On the second date, there is only one Route (54 km) - start in Montiano and finish in Cesenatico.

The international “Coppi and Bartali” week takes its name from the two historic rivals and takes place in Emilia Romagna and Tuscany. A sporting event which is also a trip into the history of the places it touches.

An outstanding event, starting and finishing in Cervia, over three routes of varying degree of difficulty through the Romagna countryside. Thousands of cyclists take part each year. Distances: short Km. 64- medium Km. 110- long Km. 175

5th GRANFONDO MARETERRA VERDEBLU (Igea Marina)
Starting and finishing in Igea Marina. The long distance (127km) route is valid for the UDACE rating, while the non-professional route is 83km.

9th INTERNATIONAL GRANFONDO OF SAN MARINO
Medium and long distance gran fondo race, through the hills of San Marino for a total of 150 kms.

GIRO DELLE CANTINE DI SAN CLEMENTE
30 km in mountainbike (San Clemente - Rimini) which is held on the same day as the Wine Festival.

Start and finish in Castrocaro; a long route of 129km and a short route of 72km.

15th GIRO OF THE MALATESTIANI CASTLES AND SAN MARINO
Valid for the UDACE rating, the long route is 151km and the medium route is 100km. Start at Rimini Fiera, through San Marino and other towns of the Forlì-Cesena region.

For professionals only. From S. Marino to Imola. The 198km route changes nearly every year.
